We recommend placing orders at least two weeks before your event for a seamless experience. Multi tiered cakes should be ordered at least a month in advance.
From classic vanilla to exotic flavors, we have a wide range to choose from to suit your taste.
High temperatures should be taken into consideration for outdoor venues. Your cake will come with instructions on how to properly care for it.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit will secure your event date. Balance of the invoice is due 14 days prior to the event. Please note that should payment not be received 14 days prior to the event, the contract will be null and void and your order will not be filled.
• Orders canceled 7 days or less prior to the event, forfeits all funds paid by the customer, unless other arrangements are agreed to by Let Her Whip in advance and in writing.
• Once orders are picked up by you or your designated party they are considered "accepted as is." Once the cake leaves Let Her Whip's facility, you assume all liability and responsibility for the care and condition of the cake.
• If Let Her Whip is being paid to deliver and set up the cake(s) at your venue, you are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy and level table as well as optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. Temperatures for outdoor venues should be considered and discussed when placing your orders.
• Since all of our cakes are made to order, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for our desserts.
• Wedding cake designs/flavor selections must be finalized at least one month before the event. Changes after this point cannot be guaranteed, and may incur additional costs.
• If flowers are provided by you or an outside source, Let Her Whip will arrange up to 25 stems free of charge. $1 for each additional stem. Let Her Whip will be mindful and will wrap florals in an appropriate and customary way. However, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt or other contaminants.
• Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
• On occasion, Let Her Whip photographs our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.
• If your cake(s) require equipment such as columns, cake plates, or a stand, a security deposit must be left with us at the time of final payment, in order to assure the safe return of the equipment. We will return this security deposit when the equipment is returned to us in original condition and no later than 7 days past the event date. The security deposit is forfeited if the equipment is not returned to us timely or in unusable condition.
